Enable text to speech on BOY MOY and EOY

We have kids in Ex Ed / Spec Ed who have accommodations for text to speech. I understand that this is not on the BOY assessments because they are meant to somewhat mimic state testing in reading where TTS is not an option. However, teachers still need data to be able to support their Ex Ed students. Please make an option for teachers to turn on TTS for individual students where this is a legal requirement.
