Organize the Trade Books Differently for myView

Right now you have to go to two different places to find the lesson plans for the InterACTIVE Trade Books and the Book Club Trade Books. Instead, there should be one folder in the ToC called "Trade Book Lesson Resources" and then two folders inside there, one for the "Book Club" and one for the "InterACTIVE Trade Book Read Alouds".
