Put the answers for the reading check, lesson quiz and topic review with the text rather than in a separate location. Merged

It would make the textbook much more user friendly for the teacher if the answers for the reading check, lesson quizzes and topic review and assessments were on the same page as the text. This could be on the teacher ebook or even a hard copy edition of a teacher textbook.
