Add .olf file option for Playlists (for Viewsonic users)

Districts utilizing Viewsonic boards have access to their Whiteboard program. This program saves their presentation files as .olf files. As of now this file type is not an option for uploading to playlists. For those teachers who are creating presentations for their interactive boards using the Whiteboard, it would be nice to be able to access them from the enVision Playlist.
