Remove Assessment Access for Absent Students Merged

Allow teachers to quickly "uncheck" next to a student name if they are absent before assigning an assessment. Google Classroom has a feature like this. Teachers need to do this quickly at the beginning of class when they know who is not present to take the test. This would keep the assessment secure for students to take when they return from absence.
