Bring back Early Learner student themes Merged

I find that my students have an incredibly hard time accessing content in realize due to them still learning to read. The platform was much easier to navigate for them when they could use the Early Learner's theme. I have not been able to find the setting to re-enable it, but if it was removed it should be brought back.
