Give teachers access to adding additional remediation materials to assessments (similar to how we can add links/files to playlists)

The remediation program is a great resource and the materials that have been provided are fantastic. I have some review and test-retake forms that I would like to include in those remediation sections for each assessment. Is it possible to have remediation unlocked for all assessments with the addition of the "+add" for personal files from personal locations similar to what is already implemented in the Playlists section?
