Question/answer format

I would like to have more questions in lesson 9.4 of the Algebra 1 textbook (Quadratic Formula) where students are required to find the answer to a rounded decimal. Students struggle with applying the simplified radical version of the quadratic formula. Most applications will need a decimal. I taught both formats of answers and I would like more than 1 problem where students find the rounded decimal version of the answer in this lessons practice problems.
