Replication Steps:
-Customer given path to issue:
1. Log into Clever.
2. Click on Easybridge.
3. Click on Realize.
4. Click on CALIFORNIA MILLER & LEVINE EXPERIENCE BIOLOGY - 3 COURSE MODEL.
5. Click on Classes.
6. Click on class: Biology P - Biology P 3 (10:50 AM - 11:49 AM).
7. Click on assignments.
8. Click on Etext "Identifying the substance of a gene".
9. Click on individual student.
10. Click on three dots at right.
11. Click on notebook.
12. Click on all questions.
13. Proceed to grade notes.
ACTUAL RESULT: Customer cannot grade every students response to a particular question at one time.
EXPECTED RESULT: To be able to grade all students responses to a question at once.
