Additional Practice Pages in PDF

To print Additional Practice pages currently I have to toggle between individual lessons and print 1 page at a time (my school does not have a hard copy of the workbook). I would like to click 1 time to a PDF of all the additional practice pages for a topic and print them all out at once.
