Allow teachers to put a time limit on anything that is assigned - assessment or quiz.

All teachers would benefit from putting a place for putting in a time limit. All states have standardized testing and all standardized testing is timed. It would be helpful if we had a place where we could set the time limit especially on quizzes and assessments. I know it has a place where you can open up and close and assessment or quiz, but what I am talking about is being able to put an actually limit on how many minutes they have to do something and then if they don't finish, the problems they don't finish are counted against them. This would allow us the opportunity to actually mimic the state testing time frames.
