After a training about Savvas by a colleague at another school in our system, I asked him how to start using the offline version of the textbook since the online version is too slow to navigate effectively during class. Even he wasn't able to figure it out and had to ask one of his students in the hallway, who then had to follow multiple clicks that started at an entirely different website, which I found odd since I expected all of this to be possible at the same website. Then when I returned to my own school, I added each of my students to the class one by one only to find that they still weren't able to access the book. I asked our tech lead on this to help, and months later all students finally seem to be able to access the book online. This has been a very frustrating process. Please streamline the experience by implementing optimization principles to minimize the number of clicks necessary to achieve the goals of: (i) adding students to a Savvas class, (ii) finding and adding the textbook to that class, and (iii) figuring out how to install the Realize Reader and how to download an offline version of the textbook.
I agree this is very hard to navigate and it seems like someone should have this corrected by now.
