Give teachers the ability to close assignments at different times for different students

I would love to be able to close an assignment for some students, but leave it open for others in the same hour. Sometimes I want to leave an assignment open for a student who had been absent, but I want to close it for everyone else who should have had it done. Or leave it open for a student with an extended time accommodation, but close it for the rest of the class.

    Yes! Also just to close an assignment so that students can still see it was due, any any data still appears, but they can not longer attempt it. Maybe auto-close for students who have completed an assessment so that they can't share what the answers are with other students.
