Do not count not started or in progress assessments towards the average

Currenty, Realize counts students who have not started or are in progress on an assessment as a zero in the data tab. This causes the class average to be much lower than it actually is. It would be ideal to only include submitted assessments in the class average to accurately reflect student work.
