Show answers and all parts of questions when editing an assignment. Merged

When going in to edit an assignment by deleting or adding questions, it would be very helpful for teachers to be able to view the answers and all parts of the questions. Teachers should not have to submit answers to be able to see the correct answer and move on to each part individually. It is time consuming and unnecessary.
