Include sixteenths for fraction bars in Digital Math Tools

The digital math tools include fraction strips to twelfths, but students must learn benchmark fractions including 16ths per the 4th grade FL benchmark. Please consider adding this unit fraction to your tools. Currently, the fraction strips provided in manipulative kits don't include them either, so we are having to use another provider to give our kids access to these resources.
