Give teachers the ability to hide assignments from students Merged

I would like the option to hide assignments from students (but not teachers) so their list isn't overwhelming. Additionally, they won't be able to do late assignments they can no longer receive credit for. Hiding them makes the data tools kind of useless for previous material for teachers.
