Require a percent correct on assignments Merged

Would there be a way to set a required percentage for students to get in order to turn in an additional practice assignment?. For example, if they turn in the assignment and they make less than a 50% it automatically returns it to them until they get 50% or more correct? This 50% could be any percentage.
