Allow fraction solutions not just decimals

In topic 3, the mid-topic assessment and the end of topic assessment only accept a decimal solution (online version). It should accept a fraction or decimal. Students are taught the slope to be a ratio as a fraction in topic 2, but then this changes to a decimal in topic 3. Also, the online version wants a rounded decimal making the solution not exact. Which is strange since the fraction is an exact solution.
