Highlight and annotate on unit test and progress check

It would be nice for students to be able to highlight, cross out, annotate things on the MyView Unit tests and progress checks. This would benefit older students who take state tests and have those tools on those tests. That way, students can practice using these tools and strategies before it comes time for the state test
