Realize - enVision Mathematics 2021 Grade 8 - 2-5: Lesson Quiz - labels on the graph should be flipped as to just assess that the students can compare the C. of P

The customer submitted the following issue and it was submitted to development. The Savvas Development team responded with the following answer that was provided to the customer:

No change needed. This item is not intended to trick the student, but to verify that the student is considering the units when determining the rate (constant of proportionality) for information given in a table and as a verbal description. The students should be considering the units, and not the order of the rows presented in the table.

The customer then requested the following as an enhancement request:

It would have been nice to have included some examples like that in the text for them to practice that concept…before they are tested on it?

Description
Are you attempting to trick the students and make sure they read this question...or do you want to know if they can find the Constant of Proportionality and be able to compare them? What is the agenda?

In 2-5 Lesson Quiz in 8th grade for the question about the jumping frogs contest, the Table is written in a different form than usual in that the top line in a table usually represents the Independent value and the bottom one is Dependent. I teach mine to look for that, but most do not catch that. So again I ask...what is the agenda of the problem? I think that the labels on the graph should be flipped as to just assess that the students can compare the C. of P.
