Add the ability to edit point values on assessments, particularly Progress Check Ups

Progress check Up multiple choice questions are one point each. The short answer question is also only assigned one point. The Extended response is given 20 points. It would be nice to be able to adjust the point value of the writing questions to make it more reflective of the work students are doing and allow for partial credit.
