Answer Keys with explanation of answers

Can reasoning be provided on why answers are the correct answer on the answer key for all multiple choice assessments, as well as explanations for why anwers are NOT correct for the other choices? There are times when our teachers do not agree with the answers and have a hard time explaining why the answer is correct. This also directly correlates to the ACT. A lot of the correct answers on the ACT are the answer that is the 'most correct'. With the ACT teachers are able to point to why this the correct answer and why the other answers don't make as much sense.
