Punctuation and capitalization option to count as wrong or not Merged

Allow teachers the option of having a sentence marked wrong or not because the student did not use punctuation or capitalize the first word of the sentence. To be honest, when they are starting to learn a new language the last thing I'm concerned about is whether they put a period at the end or not.
