More support for ELL students in eText

It would be helpful for the etext to have easy translation for students who do not speak English or Spanish. For example, I have a student who only speaks Mandarin and it has been difficult getting him access to textbook resources.

    When using Realize Reader with the National version of myP, there is a feature that allows for students to highlight a section of text and then select "translate" to have it translated into Spanish. This feature should be enabled in the Florida version of Realize Reader as well.
