Spelling sea option to return Merged

If my students hit "turn in" on spelling sea I have to go in and manually assign it to them again. I have over 70 students. It would be easier to have a "return assignment" button on this. Currently I have to manually assign it and then Google Classroom gets bogged down with several "Spelling Sea" assignments.
