Add Open Ended Questions as an option to Build a Custom Test

The teacher would like to be able to add open ended questions when Building a Custom Test so that they may have the students engage in deeper understanding of the material, allowing students to express their thoughts in their own words. In doing so creating a space where individuals can articulate their perspectives, experiences, and beliefs enabling a richer understanding of complex topics, as opposed to the superficiality often found in closed questions.
