Assessment editing by Admin Only

When teachers edit an assessment it creates a copy for them, making it difficult to pull school and district level data. Our hope is to use Realize assessments as common formative assessments. Without going into each copy of an assessment, it is hard to know what teachers modified on an assessment. (Or at least have the optoin drom the district level to determine if we want teachers to be able to edit assessments).

Currently to compare results of one assessment in a grade level we have 24 versions out there , and this makes it difficult to analzye data from a district level.
