For the Canby School District alone, it takes at least three separate windows, which are not very intuitive, for instructors and students to access the EasyScorer writing prompts and essays. It often takes more to access the Pearson online texts. This is not user friendly and exponentially impacts disadvantaged students in a negative way when they are trying to use your programs. The resources, which are generally pretty useful once accessed, are buried in an overly cumbersome operating system and interface that is difficult to navigate.
