Assessment Security

District needs the ability to create assessments no viewable by teachers. Then the district needs to be able to push out the assessment, students log in and take the assessment. the assessment then closes and scoring for each TEKS is provided to teacher (without having the specific question available for review). the same process is replicated at the middle and end of the year. The growth or progress in mastery of the TEKS is measured by subtracting the BOY from the EOY. Teacher's are credited with student progress based on the amount of growth. The main function of the assessment is to remain secure. District level creation and push out.

IF the company wants to remain in competition with other curriculum, the above requirement will allow districts to utilize the test bank system for the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment program. But.... the test must remain secure with strict login and question security. We will be looking for a secure test bank to subscribe to in the future.
