Once a teacher has selected a class to assign to, allow the teacher to unselect specific students who might be absent that day before posting.

    Thanks for sharing your feedback! This feature exists today where teachers can create groups with specific students and assign content only to those groups. Alternatively, teachers can also hide specific students who might have been absent on a particular day after creating assignments for the class. Hope these solutions help with what you are trying to do.
