Audio or Visual Feedback to Indicate Submission of Assignments

Some of my students noted that they aren't totally sure if their assignment is submitted after they hit "turn it in" because their screen doesn't change. An audio or visual indication that their work was submitted successfully would be a helpful cue to make clear when their work was turned in.
