Make the annotations delete button work the first time!

All annotations have been saved from previous years. We were told we could individually delete the annotations. However, teachers have to delete them 4 or 5 times to get them to go away. When the customer service rep tried to mirror the problem, she had the same issue. We were told to make an enhancement request. My request is that you make the delete button actually delete the annotation the first time.
