Left Scroll Bar

I literally cannot see the scroll bar when trying to navigate the menu on the lefthand side at all and have to guess where it is, which sometimes moves me from my target area. Specific example: If I click on Unit 1, all of the resources are within a menu on the lefthand side, but I cannot see the scroll bar at all. The righthand scrollbar is a much darker color and easily distinguished but the left is the same color.
