Print PDF of Teacher eText Merged

It would be very helpful to be able to print out the teacher pages of the eText. I know hard copies of the teacher guide can be purchased but it's helpful to be able to print out for substitute teachers and for schools that did not receive the purchased hard copies of the text due to shipping errors.
