Allow teachers to make duplicate copies of SE Interactive Text

If you could queue up duplicate student edition interactive texts on a playlist, it would make transitions between classes way easier. You would be able to have a fresh copy ready for each class/section and be able to save and return to work completed with different groups of students rather than rushing to delete things between classes.
