Add highlighting/bouncing ball to Sing, Rhyme, and Shout slide

Teachers I work with in Three Cheers have requested the Sing, Rhyme, and Shout slide on realize highlight the word as the song is being played. The same way it does when the book is read aloud online. Also that the song be on the same tab as the words as opposed to how they are seperate tabs now. It is very difficult when teaching 3-5 year olds to have that added wait time.
