Add the ability to bulk delete highlights and annotations in the Student Interactive. Merged

Teachers working with multiple class periods need to be able to easily and quickly delete highlights and annotations to prep for the next class. Alternative idea would be to add the ability to customize a Selection per class period so the highlights and annotations are available from day to day to continue on yesterday's markings.
