Change Quick Checks to the same kid friendly format as Practice Buddy

The quick check has a tiny font. Small boxes to type. It also doesn't fit the whole question on the students small screens. The practice buddy is big, kid friendly and it all fits on their screens so they miss. They never miss questions in practice buddy and the students prefer the formatting.
