Add Instructional Category to the "Instructional Category," to the Realize Reports => Open Content Report

CSM's engage our customers in Data Usage reviews, which includes content open by Instructional Content Type. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to articulate exactly which content items fall under each Instructional Content Type. If we add Instructional Category to the Open Content report, customers will be able to determine which content items fall under each Category.
