Reverse Clock Hands Color

Why are the clock images on the student pages the reverse color of all clock manipulatives (Judy clocks) sold online? Telling time is already a difficult concept for students to comprehend, so having the colors of the hands displayed differently than all physical manipulatives available for purchase makes no sense. Please consider making the hour hand red and the minute hand blue.
