Do not allow student submission when they've left answers blank

We are looking for a feature that essentially stops students from turning in incomplete assignments. For example, on Google classroom, students are not allowed to submit until they have answered all required questions. Is this a feature that can be added? It would be helpful, especially since we can't return an assignment to a return for resubmission yet.

      A number of my assignments are glitchy and they can't complete every problem. I.e. there is matching but not everything has a match so they have to leave it incomplete. Some of the images don't show up completely on a chromebook so it will mark the page as incomplete. I'm afraid if they did this, student's wouldn't be able to submit at all? Has that been an issue for you?
