Making the box for annotations drop lower on the screen so we can see the text being annotated.

When annotating the text, the box designed to help save the annotation comes over the actual text being annotated. Sometimes, we would like to reflect back to the orgininal text and we can't see it because the box covers it. If we could drop the box a little bit, so that the top doesn't cover the original text, that would be great.
