Hide assessment scores

Please allow the assessment scores to be hidden. After a student submits an assessment, it shows their score and the questions they got right/wrong. It doesn't allow them to actually see the question, which is good, but they can see which ones they got correct. We should also have an option to shuffle questions and answer choices.
