IEP Accommodation for Assessment: Remove Incorrect Answer.

I would like to propose adding a modification option to the customization features for multiple-choice assessments in Savvas Realize. Following the advice of our SPED teacher, it would be beneficial to have an easy option to remove one incorrect answer from the available four choices.
