Add content and language supports for student assessments

In Texas many students are required to have "content and language supports" for assessments which is currently not a support available. Typically this accommodation is able to be turned on for certain students. It usually is an underlined word, students roll over the word and it will may give them a picture, definition, or a simplified meaning of a word or phrase.
