Fix auto-remediation feature for readiness assessments.

When assigning a readiness assessment, choosing the option to auto assign remediation and enrichment activities seems to do no more than check a box. Upon assigning the remediation, my students are in fact not given any assignments after submitting the assessment. Please fix this or just remove the feature.
