Being able to set an "auto-resend" for an assignment based on a grade. Merged

As a teacher, I let kids remediate assignments. It would be helpful if for a given assignment, I could have it automatically kicked back to a student because of a set grade- example: D or less... Instead I have to go through each student and kick it back to them. It is time consuming and honestly it is easier to do paper copies of the quiz for this reason.
