CURRENT: Currently only one version which is a DOCX file. Customer states they do not possess MS Word. Making interaction difficult for students.

REQUEST: To have additional versions such as: PDF or .txt to alleviate such difficulties.

BENEFIT: Would allow for easier and wider interaction with content regardless product licenses on user machines.
