Allow teachers to view data while assignment is hidden

We "hide" assessments while students are not in class with us. If we want to view the data that is in so far, we have to unhide the assessment, making it accessible to the students. This makes it hard to grade the assessment before all students have finished it. Having teachers able to view the data while the assignment is hidden would make things much easier.
